How long will it take for an order to ship?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Email Confirmation. You will then receive a follow up email with the tracking number once the order ships, so that you can track its whereabouts as the expected delivery date approaches.

Orders typically process through the fulfillment center and ship within 24-48 hours of the corresponding business day.

Estimated time of arrival depends on which shipping option you select during checkout.

We offer Standard and Priority shipping.

Standard = 3-7 business days from the day it ships*

Priority = 2-3 business days from the day it ships*

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation from us with your tracking code. If you don't see that email, please check your SPAM folder.

You can also log into your account on the site and view your tracking information there as well.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

We also ship to Canada, and we are working on expanding to other countries soon.

To return your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Please submit a return request to our customer care team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
  2. Mark the RMA number clearly on the original packaging and outside of the package.
  3. Ship the product to the address we provide.

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for your original order + shipping and handling + sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.

This refund policy applies to orders placed on only and it is subject to change without notice.

Receiving A Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less shipping and handling fees.

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Salvation will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
