What Is Muscle Fatigue?

Most often associated with an arduous activity or exercise, muscle fatigue is a symptom that can decrease your muscles’ ability to perform over time. Your muscles can feel weak and sore, but you can also experience localized pain, shortness of breath, and muscle twitching, trembling, or cramps. 

Muscle fatigue is caused by exhaustive exercise because of the free radicals that it generates. Specifically, the oxidative stress the free radicals produce.
